Who We Are?

General Drive is an emerging company in the field of new gearbox manufacturing, retrofitting and reconditioning of all Industrial gearboxes (Processing industries viz. food & beverages mills, cement mills, sugar mills, paints & chemical industries, paper mills, cooling tower drives, conveying equipments, extruder drives, coal pulverize mills, wind mills, marine, and container lifting gearboxes etc.) and its allied parts as per the International standards. (DIN, ISO, AGMA etc) The Core Competency of General Drive lies in the professional expertise of our well balanced team.

We are well-qualified and experienced Engineers who have worked with major players in the industry and our people’s experience are in the range of 20-25 years.

What We Do?

We design & develop all types of light and heavy duty industrial gearboxes (standard gearboxes with spur, helical and bevel gear solutions, planetary gear drives and worm drive gearboxes etc.) and offer a wide range of retrofitting and reconditioning service solutions for all industrial Gear Boxes. Our Expertise can be applied to the simplest transmissions through to complex drive arrangements irrespective of makes and their types.

In addition we offer a wide range of engineering consultancy services. Our expertise will often enable us to offer product upgrades and suggestions to improve the performance and lifetime of your existing transmissions.

Onsite services are also provided from a full application review to ensure that you have the optimum product for your requirements.
